Keith Abbott, an organisational psychologist with extensive experience in designing and delivering complex learning and development programs, and culture and change initiatives for large organisations, including Shell, Qantas Group, CSL, and the Victorian State Government.
His strengths in change management, leadership, and learning program design have consistently focused on building capability and increasing organisational effectiveness.
Kate Naess
Associate Director
Kate Naess, a Registered Psychologist with a Master’s in Organisational Psychology and an Australian Paralympian in triathlon, brings resilience and high performance to her extensive experience in consulting.
She excels in shaping organisational culture, driving high performance, and promoting wellbeing and inclusion strategies, working with clients in both corporate and public sectors, Kate supports leaders and organisations to achieve their full potential.
Dr. Steven Langdon
Senior Consultant
Steven Langdon, with a PhD in Organisational Psychology and a background in both research and applied settings, applies his experience across employee engagement, organisational culture, and performance improvement initiatives.
His expertise spans the public policy, education, and consulting sectors, where he has successfully delivered evidence-backed projects for private, not-for-profit, and government clients, leveraging his strong research and analytical skills.
Amelia Cavanagh
Senior Consultant
Amelia Cavanagh has deep expertise in a range of Human Resource disciplines including Employee Relations, Performance Management and Development, Policy and HR systems which provide her with excellent insights into how to manage change and support organisations evolve.
She has also held several Project Management and Operations Management roles. Amelia’s experience includes working in Construction, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Not-for-Profit and Professional Services sectors. She has a Bachelor of Science from University of Melbourne and Graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Deakin University. Most of all, Amelia is highly collaborative, and we love working with her!
Alicia Fielden
Consultant
Alicia Fielden, an experienced HR Generalist and Talent Specialist with a passion for personal and professional development while bringing a versatile skill set spanning recruitment, performance management, workforce coordination, and learning. Additionally, she has strengths in analysis, data management and research.
Alicia has also worked on complex transformation programs. Currently completing her Master of Organisational Psychology, Alicia focuses on creating vibrant, inclusive, and engaging workplaces. Her strengths in communication and stakeholder management enable her to collaborate effectively and drive positive change across diverse teams.
Rachel Colman

Rachel Colman, with over five years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, and Employee Experience, brings strong analytical and research skills to her role.
Her expertise spans sectors including Advertising, Technology, and Professional Services. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from the University of Melbourne and is currently completing her Master’s in Organisational Psychology at Deakin University.
